An event of the Trace 2 project has now dealt with this &#8211; with quite sobering results.<br \/>\nEven the birth was difficult, the bickering and squabbling among the EU member states was great. And when the so-called Mobility Package I, with its new rules on driving and rest times, cabotage, posting of drivers and other matters, was finally put together and passed as EU law in July 2020, the dispute continued: A good dozen lawsuits filed by numerous EU states against partial regulations of the Mobility Package are still awaiting a ruling by the European Court of Justice.
